College Experience

In May 2019, I decided I wanted to commit to the University of Dayton. I arrived at the University of Dayton on August 15, since that day, I have had a blast. I have met so many people and I love all my classes. It all started with an orientation, which was a little boring, but still awesome. In orientation, I got to know so much about the University of Dayton and what it has to offer. Community is a very common word used here, in orientation, I heard the word community more than 50 times. These past two weeks I have noticed that the University of Dayton is a community. The professors, employees, students, and everyone is part of Dayton’s beautiful community. After orientation, classes started on Wednesday, August 21st. There, I met my professors, my classmates, and got to know all about my first semester classes. These past three weeks have been amazing for me; living so far from home is a challenge, but I know that it is something that I can manage. I do miss my family and friends, but hey, it is part of college. Now that I have expressed myself about the last three weeks in college, I can comment on what I expect from this year. So I do hope to pass all my classes with good grades, I hope to gain a lot of knowledge from every experience, and last but not least, I look forward to ending this year really happy and extra motivated for the next three years left here at the University of Dayton. Therefore, deciding to study at the University of Dayton has been one of some good choices I have made.
